Missions:

  1. Conducting education and teaching activities in the field of food technology based on agricultural products of the tropics,
  2. Conducting fundamental and applied research in the field of food technology based on agricultural products of the tropics
  3. Conducting community development and/or professional services in the field of food technology based on agricultural products of the tropics to support the community’s prosperity, and
  4. Creating collaboration and partnership with institutions at national and international levels, and food enterprises to strengthen the research and teaching for student benefit.
