The Fishery Product Technology Study Program organizes higher education in educational activities, research, community service, and cooperation in superior and competitive fishery and marine product technology. It aims to develop graduates with knowledge and skill in fish handling, processing, packaging, and distribution, which comply with hygiene, sanitation, quality management, and standardization.
