Missions:
- Organizing postgraduate higher education at the Doctoral level in the field of Aquatic Resource Management,
- Organizing and pioneering novelty-oriented research activities in the development of science and technology for coastal water resource management,
- Facilitating community service activities in the field of marine resource management, and
- Establish partnerships & become a feeder center (referral center) in thinking and solving coastal problems.
