- Organizing education for Neurosurgery Specialists based on medical ethics and Pancasila and being able to compete with national standards,
- Carrying out research in the field of neurosurgery, both in basic and applied science can be a source of scientifically solving problems in the field of neurosurgery for the benefit of society optimally,
- Providing services and dedication in the field of neurosurgery in a comprehensive manner and referrals that are oriented to the needs and safety of patients, are of high quality, and are affordable to all levels of society, and
- Develop professionalism, capability, and accountability in human resources and managing an independent neurosurgery study program.
